Click on each image to go to the page where you can buy these items. A * just denotes something that is fun, but not necessary!

These are all just suggestions.   You can always get better or lesser quality, different brands, and different variations of each item.  These are just my preferences. When you click on an image and decide to purchase the item, I will get a small commission. Please do this in order to continue to support my free lessons! Anything I suggest is what I have or will buy if I can afford it!

Escoda Kolinsky Sable Watercolor Brushes * If you want to indulge yourself, this is how to do it. Sable brushes, aaaaaaaaaaah luxury! They hold more water and paint so you can get a lot more done. Plus, they are soft and won't harm layers of watercolor paint underneath. Get at least one if you can, preferable a size 10 or 12 pointed round.
